Create beautiful cakes using basic decorating techniques
including borders, flowers, inscriptions and other decorating techniques
in thse hands-on classes ...It's a wonderful opportunity to make
new friends and develop skills you can use for a lifetime!

Cake Decorating
Instruction on types of frosting, fillings, and necessary tools.
Learn to decorate cakes for all occasions.
Split, fill, frost, create borders, flowers and practice writing.
Discover how creative you can be with frosting and a pastry bag.
Flowers and Borders
Build on the skills you learned in Course 1 with this exciting
4-lesson course! You will learn many dramatic techniquesto make your
cakes unforgettable. Master elegant new borders featuring rosettes,
reverse shells and rope designs. Give your cakes incredible dimension
with the addition of bold Color Flow decorations. Create lovely new
flowers like rosebuds, violets, daisies, daffodils, mums and more.
Use these flowers in a grand final cake -- an impressive flower basketweave
cake featuring the extremely poplar basketweave technique!
Introduction
to Fondant/Gumpaste
Discover a great new way to add excitement to your cakes
using these easy-to-shape icings. You will learn to create flowers
and accents with beautiful detail. You will see how to use tools
to cut and shape amazing textured ribbons and borders. Each new
technique will prepare you to decorate a Grand Finale cake you will
be proud to take home!
Fondant
/Tiered Cakes
Reach a new level of sophistication with the beautiful flowers
and techniques in this valuable 4 - lesson course. Begin with intricate
accents such as embroidery and lace, drop stringwork, garland and
ruffle borders. Discover the beauty of decorating with Rolled Fondant
-- for covering cakes with an inmmaculate smooth surface and shaping
fun figures and elegant icing flowers. Add several new icing flowers
to your repertoire, including lovely holiday blooms like poinsettas
and Easter lilies. Complete your course by assembling and decorating
a towering tiered cake with beautiful stringwork, flowers and borders.
